Challenge

The technical video library did not cover a key integration between Access Management System and the B and G Series intrusion panels. Integrators wanted it because it lets them offer their customers an integrated system.

Approach

I studied the technical documentation and had a subject matter expert demo the integration. I wrote a script, captured the process on screen and edited the recordings into seven videos covering Command and Control, User Management, the B901 Door Controller and intrusion event reports. This was one of my first projects using Synthesia, with an AI-generated avatar delivering the instruction like a trainer.

Outcome

The series has more than 1,000 views on YouTube.
